Submitting and accepting bids is really simple, follow our step-by-step guide below and you will be up and running in minutes.
Choose Althub from the lender drop down menu in the deal you want to put up for auction, choose Althub as the product, and click to submit.
The first time you submit a Deal to Althub you will receive an email notification to create an account.
By default the view will show you all your active listings. To see expired and completed listings, use the tabs at the top.
On initial submission your listing is defaulted to expire in 3 days. If you want to change it, click the Edit icon next to the Expiry date.
Below each of your Deals there is a button to review the bids you currently have. Click this to expand a table of all the bids.
You will be notified via email every time you get a new bid.
Once you find the best bid and click to accept, the Lender will be notified.
The Lender’s identity will then be revealed and one of two steps will take place. Either you simply click to submit your already completed application directly from your submission platform to the lender, or upon payment receipt the lender will receive your application and credit report within the Althub portal (lender dependant).
The Lender reviews your application and supporting documents and you move ahead with the deal as normal.
